This intensive 4 day camp features
•Individual and Group therapy utilizing the Kaufman Speech to Language Protocol
•Songs and stories with individualized targets provided by a certified music therapist
•Sensory integration activities/motor lab to support full body coordination and motor planning provided by a certified occupational therapist
•Oral motor activities designed to desensitize and strengthen the oral muscles
Our camp is limited to 6 children total. Prior participation in Apraxia Boot Camp Summer 2011 not required. Your child will receive approximately 6.5 hours of individual and group speech, occupational and/or music therapy intervention. Home program materials included.

Movin’ and Groovin’

12:30-3pm - ELEMENTARY Group (6-9 years)
$300 for both days
Come sing and play with us! Kate Wasserman, Music Therapist (MT-BC) and Cindy Hornsby, Occupational Therapist (OTR) will be joining forces to bring their respective talents together in one group! The “Movin’ and Groovin’” Mini Camp will have campers dancing, playing instruments (and making them too!), weaving their way through musical obstacle courses, and singing along – all to address gross/fine motor skills, sensory integration, and support learning and language.
